Welcome to HyperDeteX, a decentralized platform that rewards users for training AI to detect synthetic voices in real-time. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HyperDeteX platform, including our website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

Platform Description

HyperDeteX operates as a decentralized platform that:

User Responsibilities & Conduct

Voice Sample Requirements

  • ✓Submit only original voice recordings that you own or have permission to use
  • ✓Provide accurate information about voice sample authenticity (human vs AI-generated)
  • ✓Ensure voice samples are clear, audible, and of sufficient quality
  • ✓Respect privacy and obtain consent when submitting voice recordings of others

Prohibited Activities

  • ✗Submitting copyrighted audio content without authorization
  • ✗Providing false or misleading information about voice sample origin
  • ✗Attempting to manipulate the reward system or gaming the platform
  • ✗Submitting malicious, offensive, or inappropriate audio content
  • ✗Using the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purposes

DTX Token Terms

Token Distribution & Rewards

  • •Reward amounts are determined by sample quality, uniqueness, and verification status
  • •Token distribution may be subject to delays based on network conditions
  • •HyperDeteX reserves the right to adjust reward mechanisms and token economics

Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content Rights

When you submit voice samples to HyperDeteX, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • •Create derivative works and datasets for research and development
  • •Share anonymized data with research partners and academic institutions

Platform IP Protection

Termination & Suspension

Note: Upon termination, your access to earned DTX tokens may be affected. Tokens already distributed to your wallet remain under your control subject to blockchain network rules.
